01 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to PHSabong. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the PHSabong platform — including our website, mobile application, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and PHSabong.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using PHSabong immediately. Continuing to use the PHSabong platform after any update to these terms is considered your acceptance of the revised agreement.
These Terms and Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. Together, these documents make up the full legal framework governing your relationship with PHSabong.

02 Eligibility
To register and play on PHSabong, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years old. PHSabong does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or play on our platform under any circumstances.
- You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is legally permitted.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PHSabong or any associated gaming body.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business, or third party when registering or placing bets.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a PHSabong staff member.
PHSabong reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are found to be underage or otherwise ineligible, your account will be suspended immediately and any winnings may be forfeited. We take this seriously — protecting minors from gambling harm is a commitment we don't take lightly.
03 Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold one account only on PHSabong. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices — is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your real name, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and PIN — confidential at all times. PHSabong will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login details.
As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, PHSabong may require you to submit valid government-issued identification such as a Philippine National ID, UMID, driver's licence, or passport before processing withdrawals. This is a standard procedure required under Philippine gaming regulations and is not optional.
- Do not share your PHSabong password with anyone — including friends and family.
- Notify PHSabong immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- PHSabong staff will never ask for your password via chat, email, or any other channel.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
PHSabong supports the following Philippine payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are posted within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. PHSabong does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience delays. PHSabong reserves the right to conduct additional checks on any withdrawal request as part of our anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering obligations.
Withdrawal Rule: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard safeguard against fraud and money laundering.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
PHSabong offers a variety of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.
Unless stated otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply across all PHSabong promotions:
- Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable turnover multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
- One Bonus Per Household: Only one player per household, IP address, or shared device may claim a welcome bonus or first-deposit promotion.
- No Cash Value: Bonus credits cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged for cash directly. They must be played through as per the applicable terms before conversion.
- Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
- PHSabong reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a player's bonus entitlement if abuse, fraud, or collusion is suspected.
Players who are found to be misusing promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, exploiting loopholes, or using betting patterns designed solely to harvest bonuses — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts flagged for review.
06 Gameplay Rules
All games available on PHSabong — including live casino tables, JILI slots, fishing games, roulette, and sports betting markets — are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) or live-streamed from regulated studios. PHSabong works exclusively with certified game providers to ensure provably fair outcomes on every game.
Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the PHSabong system, it is final and cannot be reversed by the player. In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction during gameplay, PHSabong will use server-side records to determine the outcome of the affected round. If a definitive outcome cannot be established, all bets for that round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
For sports betting, markets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, FIBA, FIFA, PSA). PHSabong reserves the right to delay settlement pending confirmation of official results, and to void bets where fixture information was clearly incorrect at the time of publication.
07 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on PHSabong and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and possible reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using another person's identity, payment details, or account credentials without their explicit consent.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise tamper with PHSabong's platform, games, or systems.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
- Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in live or multiplayer games.
- Using PHSabong for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or technical glitches in the platform for financial gain.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing PHSabong staff, live dealers, or other players via any communication channel.
PHSabong cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and gaming regulatory bodies. Any suspicious activity detected on our platform may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) or other relevant authorities as required by law.
08 Responsible Gaming
PHSabong is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress or personal harm. 09 Privacy & Data
PHSabong collects and processes personal data in accordance with Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The types of data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a data subject are fully described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
By registering on PHSabong, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving your gaming experience. PHSabong does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
10 Limitation of Liability
PHSabong provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure a smooth, reliable, and secure gaming experience, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PHSabong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses — including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits — arising from your use of or inability to use the PHSabong platform, even if PHSabong has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
PHSabong's total liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their PHSabong account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11 Account Termination
PHSabong reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity detected on the account.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy may apply).
- Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent gaming or law enforcement authority.
Players may also voluntarily close their PHSabong account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing procedures.
12 Amendments to These Terms
PHSabong reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of PHSabong after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date of the revised terms.
13 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of PHSabong shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and PHSabong.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate Philippine courts or gaming regulatory body with jurisdiction over the matter. PHSabong is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution in accordance with Philippine consumer protection standards.
